First Saturday Cars & Coffee, Bluegrass Stockyards(updated)

Hello FSCC Folks,

 Our March First Saturday Cars & Coffee (FSCC) gathering will be on Saturday March 7 at our regular location, the Bluegrass Stockyards Regional Marketplace located at 4561 Iron Works Pike, Lexington, KY 40511. We will meet at the regular time of 9-11am.  As usual, thanks to our sponsors there will be no fee for attending our family friendly event.  Our sponsors will be providing the first 50 cups of coffee and donuts free at our gathering room inside the Marketplace.  Many thanks to our continuing sponsors, Wildcat Moving, and MotorVaultKY for making our gatherings possible.  Also, thanks to the Blue Grass Stockyards/Marketplace for providing our regular venue. Please remember out of respect for our sponsors and the other attendees, we do not need speed shots or donuts on the asphalt.  The event is hosted by Cadre Prime LLC.  Note that this is a rain or sunshine event.

 So, what happened to our February gathering?  Well, given the extreme cold and hazardous driving conditions on secondary roads, we decided having the event was not worth the risk potential for our members.  The weather forecast for March 7 looks much better!

We are seeing lots of planning for area events.  One annual special, the Keeneland Concours is currently accepting nominations for judged cars.  Below is a listing of the classes for 2026:

Also, be sure and include on your calendar that the Keeneland Concours will be on Saturday, July 18, 2026.  In addition to the judged cars, come and enjoy the Car Club Paddock where you will have upfront parking and relax while spectating with members from your local car groups.

Another calendar item is the Fourth Annual Kentucky State Police Classics Customs & Cruisers Car Show being held on Saturday, May 30, 2026.  This year’s event will be held at 300 Sower Blvd in Frankfort.  Members of our FSCC group will assist again in judging this event.  You can get more information or registering your vehicle by checking their website at:  https://carshowpro.com/events/view/2881.
